It's a leashed life

Dear Sir,


The present condition of my bank account makes it almost impossible to send that check. My shattered financial condition is due to state laws, corporate laws, contract laws, liquor laws, mother-in-laws, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law and outlaws. I'm compelled to pay business tax, goods tax, serice tax, property tax, TV tax, liquor tax, my brains are taxed. I;m required to get a business license, entertainment license, car license, liquor license - and a marriage license and a dog license. I'm also required to contribute to charity, to the women's relief, unemployed relief, and gold-diggers relief; also to the blue cross, the red cross and the double cross. For my own safety, I've to carry a life insurance, liability insurance, burglar insurance, accident insurance, fire insurance and old age insurance. I can tell you honestly that you'll have to wait till I die.
